Introduction of recycling equipment for construction waste

The construction waste recycling equipment can realize the crushing, screening and impurity removal of construction waste conveniently and quickly. The iron is removed from construction waste. Description of construction waste recycling process

The feeder transports the construction waste to the crusher for crushing. The crushed materials are conveyed by the belt (the magnetic seperator is installed above the belt conveyor to carry out iron at the same time) and sent to the trommel screening. After being screened by the screening station, the four kinds of materials are 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-15mm, >15mm (designed according to customer needs), Before discharging, the light materials are removed from the materials of 5-10mm and 10-15mm. The material which is bigger than15mm re-enters the crushing to form a closed loop.

According to local policies and actual environments，construction waste recycling can be divided into two types: centralized recycling- fixed recycling system for construction waste , decentralized recycling- mobile crushing and screening station.

1. Centralized recycling- fixed recycling system for construction waste

Centralized recycling refers to collecting the construction waste to a specific location for unified sorting and processing. According to the market situation reflected by customers, there are two kinds of recycling equipment that can be used for centralized recycling of construction waste, one kind is a fixed complete set of crushing equipment, the other is a combination of mobile crushing and screening station equipment which is easy to transfer.

The combination of crushing equipment consists of a complete set of sand and gravel production lines, including jaw crushers, impact crushers (or cone crushers), sand making machines, vibrating screens, conveyors, etc. The concrete, waste bricks and stones in the construction waste are processed

2.Decentralized recycling-mobile crushing and screening station

For the case where the accumulation of construction waste is not very concentrated, or is divided into several areas for recycling,  it is suitable to use mobile crushing and processing equipment in order to reduce the repeated purchase of equipment and save the overall cost of equipment. Various materials after construction waste recycling

Concrete blocks, waste bricks, mortar, dregs, etc are sorting out from construcion waste by recycling equipment. After crushing according to the needs of construction, reusable aggregates and a small amount of steel bars can be obtained. Coarse aggregates can be directly used as crushed stones for foundation reinforcement, road cushions, and indoor floor cushions;The fine aggregate can be made into environmental protection bricks such as hollow bricks, solid bricks, square bricks and construction waste concrete porous bricks.
