Working Principle and Application

Operation:

Feeding: Whole or pre-cut tires are fed into the shredder through an inlet hopper.
Shredding: As the tires enter the shredding chamber, the rotating cutters shear and tear the rubber, reducing it to smaller pieces.
Output: The shredded tire pieces fall out of the machine through a discharge opening. The size of the output can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the cutters or using a screen to filter the shredded material.
