The mid-range garbage bounce screen is a new type of screen machine specially developed for garbage sorting and treatment. Its principle is that under the action of the driving motor, the main passive transmission mechanism composed of the drive shaft, passive shaft, eccentric wheel (crankshaft, chain and other transmission devices) is connected with the support seat and the screen plate to form a parallel four-bar mechanism, and the screen plate produces a reciprocating circular motion similar to the bounce. The materials input from the feed port are separated into three kinds: heavy 3D materials with good rebound effect with large particle size and rolling ability, under-screen materials with small particle size and poor rebound effect, flat 2D materials with large particle size and poor rebound effect, respectively, are received by the three discharge bins.
