RDF Waste Briquette Machine Overview

1). RDF waste briquette machine is a material energy pretreatment equipment, which mainly uses agricultural and forestry waste such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, bark and other biomass as raw materials, and solidifies them into high-density pellet fuel through pretreatment and processing.

2). Working principle

The biomass sawdust with a moisture content of 15%-25% and below 50mm, crop straw or forage briquette feed such as corn, wheat, rice, beans, peanuts, and yams, as well as biomass such as twigs and firewood, are pressed into rod-shaped solid particle biofuels with a cross-sectional size of 33-40mm and a length greater than 150mm. The briquette-formed particles have a high specific gravity and a small volume, which is convenient for storage and transportation. They are high-volatile solid fuels with a calorific value of up to 3200-4000 kcal. They are flammable, low in ash, and low in cost. They can replace fuels such as firewood, raw coal, and gas, and are widely used in heating, household stoves, boilers, biomass power plants, etc.
