Bouncing Screen Introduction

A bouncing screen, also known as a jumping screen or vibrating screen, is a piece of mechanical equipment used to separate mixtures of solid particles. It is widely applied in industries such as mining, agriculture, chemical processing, and food processing for grading, screening, and impurity removal.

Working principle：

Will bounce separator rotating sieve plate according to the different shape and appearance characteristics of garbage, garbage sorting to or undersize on the screen.

According to the different characteristics of the material, the waste is classified, and the plastic waste can be separated from the cardboard, waste paper and film.

Can also be applied to separate the light from cylindrical garbage bottles, cans substances, such as thin film.

According to the different speed of movement, the 3D shaped garbage will be bounced under the screen, while the 2D shaped garbage such as film and paper will be bounced onto the screen, so as to achieve the purpose of garbage classification.

The sorting accuracy can be adjusted by adjusting the Angle of the screen pan.

The bounce sorter is usually installed at the start of the automatic sorting line of the garbage collection system to improve the separation efficiency of the back-end separator.
