A bouncing screen is a material sorting machine that operates using one or more inclined screens. Its working principle mainly involves utilizing a vibration motor or spring mechanism to generate compound vibrations in multiple directions on the screen surface. This vibration causes the material to bounce forward on the screen, with smaller particles passing through the screen holes and larger particles continuing to move along the screen until they are discharged.
The bouncing screen can be used for grading various dry bulk materials with different particle sizes and characteristics, such as sand, gravel, coal, ores, and chemical raw materials. It is also suitable for applications where impurities need to be removed or size classification is required.
Reduced Clogging: The jumping motion helps prevent fine powder materials from clogging the screen holes.
Environmental Industry: Material sorting in waste recycling.
