Working principle

The rotating screen plate of the bouncing sorter will sort the garbage on or off the screen according to the different appearance 

shapes and characteristics of the garbage.

According to the different characteristics of the material, the waste is classified, and the plastic waste can be separated from the 

cardboard, waste paper and film.

It is also suitable for separating light substances, such as films, from cylindrical waste bottles and cans.

According to the different speed of movement, the 3D shaped garbage will be bounced under the screen, 

while the 2D shaped garbage such as film and paper will be bounced onto the screen, so as to achieve the purpose of 

garbage classification.The sorting accuracy can be adjusted by adjusting the Angle of the screen pan.

The bounce sorter is usually installed at the start of the automatic sorting line of the garbage collection system to improve 

the separation efficiency of the back-end separator.
