Structural composition

- Shredder blade group: Made of high-strength alloy steel or special alloy, it has strong wear resistance and high strength. The blade shape and size are designed according to different shredding requirements. The differential operation between the shafts can realize tearing, extrusion, biting and other functions.

- Electrical control system: PLC control is adopted to realize the start, stop, reverse and overload automatic reverse control functions. It can also be equipped with automatic detection and overload protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Working principle

The metal shredder mainly works based on the shear force between the moving knife and the fixed knife. After the material enters the shredding box through the feeding system, it is torn and sheared under the action of the high-speed rotating knife. The blades on the knife shaft are interlaced and bitten with each other, exerting a comprehensive force such as tearing, squeezing, and shearing on the material, gradually tearing the metal material into small pieces. When the shredded material reaches a certain particle size, it is discharged from the lower part of the box.
