Garbage windshifter machine is a kind of equipment used for garbage disposal. It mainly classifies and screens garbage according to the aerodynamic characteristics of different components in the garbage.
1). Working principle basis
1. It uses the difference in the force of airflow on different objects. Inside the windshifter machine, a stable airflow is generated by the fan. After the garbage is transported to the winnowing area, the lighter materials (such as paper, plastic film, fiber, etc.) will be blown up by the airflow and move along the direction of the airflow; while the heavier materials (such as metal, glass, stone, etc.) will not be easily carried away by the airflow due to their own gravity, thus achieving the separation of light and heavy materials.
2. For example, imagine that in a ventilated room, light feathers are easily blown up by the wind, while heavy bricks are motionless. The garbage windshifter machine uses a similar principle, but this process is achieved in a specially designed mechanical device through precisely controlled airflow.
2). Internal structure and components
1. Feeding device: responsible for evenly transporting garbage to the windshifter area. This part of the structure must ensure that the garbage can enter at a suitable speed and state to avoid garbage accumulation or uneven feeding affecting the sorting effect.
2. Fan system: It is the key part of generating airflow. Parameters such as fan power, wind speed and air volume can be adjusted according to the type of garbage and processing requirements. For example, for garbage containing more light plastics, a higher wind speed may be required to ensure that the plastic can be blown up effectively.
3. Sorting chamber: This is the main place for garbage air sorting. In the sorting chamber, the airflow and the garbage are fully in contact, and the light and heavy materials begin to separate. The shape and size of the sorting chamber will also affect the sorting effect. It is generally designed to evenly distribute the airflow and allow enough space for the garbage to be separated.
4. Light material collection device: The light material blown up by the airflow will be guided to this device for collection. The collection device may include cyclone separators, bag dust collectors, etc., which can separate and store light materials from the airflow.
5. Heavy material collection device: The heavy materials left at the bottom of the sorting chamber are collected into a special collection box by conveyor belts or other conveying methods, waiting for further processing.
3). Application fields
1. Urban waste treatment plants: widely used in the sorting of urban domestic waste, separating recyclable materials such as waste paper, plastic bottles, metals, etc. from other waste, realizing resource recycling and reducing the pressure on landfills.
2. Construction sites and decoration companies: in the construction industry, it is used to separate useful materials such as metals, plastics, glass, etc. from decoration waste and abandoned building materials, providing convenience for subsequent resource recycling and treatment, and reducing the impact of construction waste on the environment.
3. Agriculture and forestry fields: in the processing of agricultural straw, it can separate light straw from heavy grains to improve the processing efficiency of crops; in forestry, it can be used to separate leaves and other light organic matter to provide raw materials for soil improvement
