Disk separator for waste sorting system

Disk separator is used for sorting inert garbage and small volume garbage.

The dish-shaped sieve of the dish-picker rotates, causing the garbage on the sieve to vibrate. 

There is a space between the dish sieve, according to the garbage size and weight, to achieve the purpose of sorting.

Depending on the width, 15 to 20 screens can be installed on a single bearing. Install different numbers 

of bearings according to the amount of screening processing required. The motor drives the bearing to 

rotate synchronously. Other shapes can easily get clogged with wet garbage, while dish-shaped sieve

plates do not get clogged due to continuous rotation.

Dish separator consists of dish - shaped sieve tray, fan and impurity - screening system. The dish-shaped 

sieve plate is rotated to separate garbage of different sizes and weights. Fan separation of combustible waste; 

Impurities screening system to remove small volume of broken glass. There are many different shapes to choose 

from, including pentagons, octagons and stars.

The above characteristics of the dish screen ensure that it can be used to screen small volume of waste impurities, 

dust powder, combustible and non-combustible waste, so the dish screen is widely used in the waste recycling industry, 

sorting mixed industrial waste and waste from other recycling plants except sanitary landfills.
